Islamiyaat
A Way of Life
The Islamic Curriculum
Designed to equip the learner with overall knowledge and practice as required by Islam — from Grade R all the way to Grade 12.
Such learning enables learners to practise the Deen from a young age, and they are provided with the necessary Islamic instruction as they move up the academic ladder. The syllabi of Jamiatul Ulema — the Tas’heel series — is used.
Upon graduating, learners will be able to confidently practise the Deen and also guide and mentor fellow Muslims in this ‘way of life’. A special emphasis is laid on character development and general Tarbiyyah (nurturing).
